Not to put too finer point on it, within just a few months of signing up for a new "justhost" account they successfully managed to breach their up time guarantees (by a country mile). To add insult to injury they then suspended my account (once I finally had enough up-time to attract visitors) stating that I was using over the 10% of allowed CPU usage. A complete disaster both in terms of my time and money. Avoid like the plague, poor customer service, poor reliability and poor me. |

by Anonymous - 2010-09-07 : Anyone shopping for domains: AVOID JUSTHOST!. I know Justhost is tempting, considering the too-good-to-be-true offers they advertise. They have convincing sites up, rating them as very legitimate and reliable, but my experience with them was as follows: I signed up for half a year at $51.65. After paying with paypal, the application suddenly stopped. I wasn't given any login or anything. Justhost simply never contacted me. But the $51.65 was removed from my paypal account--twice! I am now in an official complaint process with paypal trying to get my $103.30 back. Even if I do, I still have a $40 NSF with my bank account, since one of these payments was an e-check, invading my bank account. Very suspect and suspicious behavior from JustHost and I'm out $40 at the very least for choosing to go with them. I should've guessed it really was too good to be true. My personal opinion is that they make a lot of money this way, by 'stopping' the application, right after you've paid and then hoping you'll just go away. |

by Costa - 2010-09-07 : Finally The Last Host I Will Ever Need. After jumping from host to host I finally joined JustHost. They quickly transferred my website to their server without any problems. My website has had 100% uptime since I joined. The server speeds are incredbile, twice as fast as my last host. The support team is outstanding, I had problems with my SQL database and it was fixed within an hour of my support ticket being submitted. I highly recommend using JustHost, you will never need to switch hosts again. |

I have had many hosting packages with a variety of companies in the past but have moved on from year to year and never renewed an account due to poor service and uptime. When I first moved to JustHost their control panel was a little bit confusing but I have noticed it has recently been changed and has been brought up to the same level as their great support. I am not very technical minded and they have been great at assisting me with any problems I have had. I think I have found the hosting company for me! |

by David - 2010-09-07 : Not very serious company. I signed up 5 days ago. Everything seemed to be great. When signing up they said it would take up to 24 hours to setup the account. Fair enough, DNS servers etc has to get the new IP etc. Right after I paid I get a confirmation e-mail from paypal that I've successfully paid. I waited 30 hours and still nothing had happened. I then contacted their online chat agents. They are good because they respond right away. But they never do anything. They only tell me to e-mail their billing team. So I did that. After 3 days nothing had happened. Contacted agent with the same respone "e-mail billing team". So I did and waited some more. Now it's been 5 days and still no sign of my account! When I contacted them today the agent said that he couldn't find my details in the system. They have the guts to charge my credit card and then lose my information! To me that's extremely unprofessional! Hopefully they will become better in the future. Because it can't get much worse from here. |

The packages seem to offer good value for money but what made my mind up was that the company operate from a local UK office as well as a US base which is important to me. I have only had to contact support once regarding getting my domain name transferred, the agent was polite and knowledgeable (unlike some others which I won't mention that is a seperate review). All in all I have been impressed with justhost. |

Customer service knows NOTHING, and told me billing was there 24/7 even though the email I got from them said they were only M-F. Very third rate. |

I was a bit weary when signing up as i'm a complete newbie when it comes to web hosting! Anyway the anytime money back guarantee gave me to courage to sign up. After a month or so hosting my new site with Justhost I can safely say I made the right choice: - there 24/7 support is unbeatable - theere site builder is so profesional and extremely easy to use - my site loads instantly and have never had any "downtime" - Lastly there is a handful of ready made blogs, shops and forums that I'm already using to build my second website. If you need a host that is as straight forward as they say they are justhost should be number one on your list! |

I must admit, my choice to use this host was purely based on price. I wasn't expecting much from them as I normally believe in the saying "you get what you pay for". Was I wrong or what! My set-up was seamless. I was on holiday while placing the order...moments later I got a phone call from their billing department confirming if I had placed the order as they picked up my IP address was miles away from my billing address. I was very impressed at how they were so thorough and didn't just take my money and run. |

When I called the sales department to ask some questions regarding email services, I found myself trying to communicate with someone who had a thick Indian accent and was unable to answer my (basic) questions. Eventually he helped me use a demo login which brought me to their cpanel system. Unfortunately this demo was in some oriental pictograph script and just wasn't much help to me. I'll be looking elsewhere for my new webhost. |

Just like all the other hosts out there, it seems like this is going to be a great deal, for there low cost. As they say they offer unlimited bandwidth and diskspace, this is a total lie, as they give a 10% CPU usage on there servers. How are you suppose to know you are hitting this when they do not have it on there control panel? So they suspend my website, which is only running 20gb and DS and 250GB bandwidth. Does this seem like this is unlimited? Please do not use this hosting service as it is a sham! |
